The model number of the Samsung tablet is TAB S SM-T707A. I fear I may have to waste more time this second go-around too. I did a time-consuming factory reset the first time, and reinstalled and updated apps. Also I think Bank of America abbreviates itself as BOfA, not BOA, as in boa constrictor. Last time this happened to me, the words were "BOA Biz Credit" now the words are "BOA Biz Debit" on the lock screen-so the third word changed. I've searched Google for an Android tablet exploit involving the words "BOA Biz Credit" and "BOA Biz Debit" but nothing comes up. To be safe, I haven't connected to the internet since it showed up, so my tablet's not doing me much good right now.
The fishy lock screen shows up only occasionally, not everytime - like once every 2 to 6 days. Would anyone know if my pre-owned, Ebay-bought, unlocked, AT&T, 8.4-inch "Samsung Tab S" android tablet has been infected with a trojan or some other kind of malware? An Ebay seller sold a dozen or two of these a while back.
